Twinkle

For this tutorial you'll need Sparkle tube.
Download Sparkle tube and open it in your psp 7.
Since it 's in tub format so you can convert it straight away as picture tube. For converting as picture tube select the sparkle image and click on File - Export - Picture tube
a dialog box will pop open keep settings like this and click ok.

Now let's begin.
Open a new image File - New with these settings width 255 & height 50.

Now let's add text in this new image. click on text tool to add text. Settings should be like this.



Now your text should look like this.



Now duplicate this image. Make sure that your image is selected. Click on top menu Window - Duplicate. Duplicate this image twice now you'll have 3 images.



Line these 3 images and let's add sparkle on it. .
Select picture tube tool from verticle tool bar. Now select sparkle tube from Tool options. Settings should be like this.


Now let's add sparkle in text as shown in pic. It should be random.



Save this image as wel1.psp, wel2.psp and wel3.psp
Now let's animate it. Click on File menu then Jasc Software Products - Launch Animation Shop.



New Animation Shop window will open up. Now click on File - Animation Wizard.



Now a dialog box will pop open click on same size as the first image frame and click on Next.

Now click on Transparent, Next, then
click on Centered in the frame, with the canvas color, Scale frames to fit, then Next.
Now keep settings as shown in pic. Keep speed 9. Now click on Next.


Now click on Add image to add wel1.psp a dialog box will open up. Browse to select your image from where you've saved it.
then again click on Add image and add wel2.psp and wel3.psp. Now click on Next.



Now click on Finish.
You'll see all the 3 images in the frame.
Now click on top menu View then Animation.



Now save it in gif format. File - Save As. Your image should look like this.
