HTML Basic Tutorial

Do you want to make your own web page? Then this tutorial is for you.
Here you'll find step by step instructions and easy demo to follow.

What is HTML?
HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark Up Language. HTML files uses .htm or .html extention. It means you need to save your files in .htm or .html format to view your web pages.

What I Need to learn HTML?
To begin learning or working with HTML Needs some items.

1. You'll need HTML editor. If you are a window user you'll find in your system. You can open it by clicking on Start menu (bottom left) - Programs - Accessories - Notepad.

Note: (You can practice your codes in our Practice HTML window online).

2. You'll need one of these web browser. Download here Internet Explorer or Netscape.

Is it possible to learn offline?
Yes you can!!! You'll need to save your work in your hard drive and you can learn it offline. If you do not know how to save your work we'll learn it later. You can learn it offline using your Notepad and your browser. But you'll not be able to practice it in Practice HTML feature.
