Open DreamWeaver 4 Software .
Now copy this html code and paste it in your notepad and save it as flpot.htm in your c:\ folder or c:\mytutor folder. It is always better not to save in c:\ directly.
This would be your new_window file which would pop up.

Type text "Beautiful Flower Pot" in your DreamWeaver page. I've kept my DW page in view menu - code and design mode but it is not neccessary.

select your text and add link http://jasminecorp.net/tutorial/dw/flpot.htm (since flpot.htm is stored in this location so you need to add this link just for an example otherwise it will not work.)
Note: When you link the file for your page give yoursite name and foldername where you upload your images. ex. http://yoursite.com/yourpage.htm

click window menu then behavior

A dialog box will pop open.

click on Behaviours + mark and click on open browser window

New dialog box will pop open click on browse to select the flpot.htm file (from your c folder)
Open browser window - settings should be like this and click ok.
Note: Keep width and height always atleast 50 pixels more than the original pop-up-window image/htm file. You should adjust it with trial & error method.

Now your behaviours pannel should look like this now in Behavior pannel click on text for arrow to appear

Click on Show Events For to select browser version as shown in pic
now click on arrow to select Onclick or Onmouseover.

Now save this image to look into browser or preview it directly from DreamWeaver. For this click on File menu then Preview in Browser then iexplore.

Now your text should look like this in browser.
Now click/keep mouse on it to see new window.
Note: If you've added Onclick then click on the text to view your new window or if you've added Onmouseover then simply keep your mouse over the link and New window should pop open
